Kitchen Before		Kitchen After

		I extended this room 5', adding recessed lights and replacing the existing tiles with solid oak flooring. The cabinets are from Thomasville. I also installed new double pane windows and removed the asbestos ceiling.

		I also extended this room 5' and put in a new floor and new, larger window. I added the recessed and overhead lights and painted the walls a brighter, mustard color.

There was an old deck that had termite problems.		I removed the old deck and made the backyard level for kids to play and ride bikes. There is a slope on the right side, so I put in a white stucco bench to hold the slope and for sitting. I added shrubs that grow 10' high to create shade and privacy.

It had a huge lawn that needed a lot of water and had serious weed problems. On the sidewalk, there were colored wood chips and a lot of weeds.		I replaced the entire lawn with decomposed granite and put in water wise trees and plants recommended by the water company. I added a white stucco wall which matches the backyard bench. I replaced the red wood chips with 3" of rocks along the side walk, virtually eliminating the weeds.
